Material handling covers all motorised equipment that moves material of different weights and shapes from one position to another within enclosed spaces.


Variable or constant speed, synchronisation capability, resistance and efficiency are the characteristics of our motors dedicated to material handling.
Our HPS are dynamic motors designed for high performance in control, acceleration, braking and peak torque. The very high efficiency and synchronisation capability allows for maximum speed management while maintaining robustness and compactness of the system.


The environments in which conveyor belts are placed are extremely diverse, ranging from mining plants to an industrial assembly line, and involve heterogeneous conditions of use. For the most specific needs and the most complex applications, our team of engineers and technical department study and co-design the most suitable and customised solution for the final application.

AGV

AGVs (Automated Guided Vehicles) are vehicles, with a variable number of wheels, capable of moving autonomously within a defined space. They are used in material handling, without the need for human control, both inside and outside industrial plants. Automated guided vehicles increase efficiency, performance and profitability in the warehouse and wherever there is a need to move or shift material.

We develop motors for the most varied types and sizes of AGVs customised to the needs of the application in terms of weight and volume to be carried. They are robust, efficient, reliable and compact motors. We provide specific motorised solutions for even the most modern AMRs, giving the vehicle the ability to move in a fully controlled manner so that the robot can work at peak performance.

Our AGV motors guarantee:
  • high load capacity thanks to high-torque servo motors and special mechanical components to support the weight of the vehicle and load;
  • high energy efficiency of our complete servomotor, gearbox and drive packages that allow maximum speed control while reducing battery consumption;
