We provide motorized solutions and integrated packages for the most varied ventilation systems that today are based on different technologies. In buildings with large halls and entrance areas, the most economical way to ensure uniform temperature distribution and air destratification is a new concept of PM synchronous motors which, when operated at a low speed, drive fans with blades of large diameter (up to 7 m). This allows you to cool the rooms without exceeding the limits imposed on the movement of air inside closed rooms and significantly reducing energy consumption.
The fan’s speed is controlled by a drive integrated into the motor. The gearless system does not require maintenance. This innovative low speed PM synchronous motor, the IFM “Integrated Direct Drive Fan Motor” series, specifically designed for application to large HVLS (High Volume Low Speed) fans, offers the advantage of moving a considerable amount of air at low speed, consuming less electricity than traditional ventilation systems. Energy savings can be up to 50%.
It guarantees extremely low noise levels, thus making the rooms quieter as well as cooler and more comfortable.
It is also demonstrated that air at a speed > 3 m/s does not give any significant additional cooling. As a result, the IFM low speed ventilation system, remaining at an air speed <3 m/s, is the most economical system to optimize the temperature of large spaces. From the livestock sector to the industrial sector, the IFM range is versatile and can be used in large environments such as gyms, stables, shopping centers or warehouses.
