High Efficiency IE2 is designed to ensure maximum promptness of intervention, high performance in terms of number of interventions per hour and extreme silence.
AMHEBZ SERIES - high torque, AC brake. It is the series equipped with a three-phase alternating current brake with double braking surface and high braking torque (Mb>1.5Mn), adjustable in steps and which guarantees precise and reliable braking.
It offers maximum promptness and speed of intervention, typical of alternating current brakes, which make them ideal for all industrial applications characterized by high start/brake frequencies. The motors are designed with separate brake power supply installed in the dedicated terminal board, which does not impose any modification on the end user for the change of the power supply system (network-soft starter-inverter).
AMHEBY SERIES - high torque, DC brake. It is the series equipped with a DC brake with double braking surface and high braking torque (Mb>1,5Mn), adjustable in steps that guarantees precise and reliable braking.
It guarantees maximum silence and progressiveness of intervention, typical characteristics of DC brakes that make them ideal for all industrial applications where it is necessary to contain noise as much as possible. They are particularly suitable for applications with the need for high braking performance and a high number of interventions/hour.
AMHES SERIES - low torque, DC brake. It is the series dedicated to extraordinary and most critical situations. The motor is equipped with a DC brake with a single braking surface and low braking torque (Mb ≤Mn) or a small safety/parking brake with fixed braking torque.
Equipped with a cast iron fan, it allows the stop of large masses in absolute safety, guaranteeing high silence and progressiveness of intervention. The AMS series is characterized by very small overall dimensions just a little bigger than brakeless motors, facilitating their installation to ensure safety on machines where a motor is already installed, without making further changes.
