Air handling systems exploit high pressure or vacuum using air as an auxiliary medium in industrial processes or in creating comfortable indoor environments. They help dry, clean and distribute air in industrial processes and in totally or partially enclosed spaces.

Air processing applications have a significant impact on global energy consumption and CO2 emissions. Compressors, vacuum pumps and blowers operate at both variable and constant speed for continuous periods. Installing energy-efficient motors in these applications means helping to build a more sustainable world.

COMPRESSORS

Compressors use mechanical energy to raise the pressure of air, in the form of gas or steam, which can be quickly released on command. Compressors intended for use in industrial environments must be equipped with high-efficiency, robust motors that comply with potentially explosive environments.

The variable speed drive enables efficient processes and extends the life of the compressor and compressed air tubes.
