SERVO MOTORI ATEX - ZONA 2–22

Il TÜV ha attestato che l’intera gamma di servo motori brushless di Lafert è conforme alla Direttiva ATEX 94/9/CE (Explosive Atmospheres) che disciplina l’installazione di dispositivi e sistemi di protezione in ambienti potenzialmente esplosivi, ovvero, dove esistono situazioni di possibile presenza di sostanze potenzialmente esplosive come gas o polveri.

 

La certificazione ATEX, in accordo agli standard internazionali EN 60079-0:2012, EN 60079-15:2010 e EN 60079-31:2014, riguarda tutta la gamma di motori brushless, e consente la targatura di prodotto per le categorie 3G (gas) e 3D (polveri), Zone 2 e 22, in classe IP65:

- II 3G Ex nA IIC T155°C (T3) Gc

- II 3D Ex tc IIIC T135°C Dc

 

I motori in esecuzione ATEX, con valori di coppia da 0.25 a 300 Nm, mantengono inalterate tutte le caratteristiche meccaniche sia dimensionali che di accoppiamento della gamma standard, ma cambiano le prestazioni a parità di lunghezza motore modificando i valori di coppia stallo/nominale.
